Product selection

What alumina materials do you supply, and where are they used? ▼
Core products: pseudoboehmite, LB powder (imported SB powder alternative), spherical alumina carriers / alumina microspheres, α-microcrystalline alumina, and β-Al(OH)₃, plus custom alumina carriers. Pseudoboehmite (standard / high-purity macroporous): hydrotreating and cracking catalyst carriers, adsorption, advanced ceramics, and new energy. LB powder: catalyst binder replacing imported SB powder; fast acid dissolution and clear solution. Spherical alumina carriers & microspheres: petrochemical fluid beds, exhaust treatment, desiccants/adsorbents. Microcrystalline α-alumina: electronic ceramics, lithium-battery parts, high-temperature wear-resistant insulation. β-Al(OH)₃: hydrotreating catalysts, heavy-metal adsorption, battery separator coating, and bio/structural ceramics.
How do I choose between standard and high-purity pseudoboehmite? ▼
Focus on impurity control. Standard macroporous pseudoboehmite (CP series) suits general petrochemical catalysts. High-purity macroporous pseudoboehmite (HP series) keeps metal impurities at ppm level for electronics, new energy, advanced environmental catalysts, and impurity-sensitive fine catalysis. Both series can adjust surface area, pore volume, and peptization.
Is LB powder very different from imported SB powder? Can it replace SB powder directly? ▼
LB powder is our in-house alternative to imported SB powder. It offers strong binding, fast acid dissolution, and a clear solution. It has been evaluated by multiple domestic and overseas catalyst makers and can replace SB powder in most cases. For special formulations, we can supply samples for lab trials.
What is the difference between spherical alumina carriers and alumina microspheres? ▼
Spherical alumina carriers are mainly for fixed-bed catalysts, with high particle strength and optional sizes about 1–25 mm. Alumina microspheres are finer and better for fluid-bed systems: active metals impregnate more easily and reaction rates are higher. Typical uses include petrochemical fluid beds, chemical purification, and desiccants.
Can product specifications be customized? ▼
Yes. Parameters across all series—surface area, pore volume, particle size, impurities, strength, and more—can be developed for your process. MOQ depends on customization difficulty; contact sales to confirm feasibility.

Samples & testing

Can you provide samples? How do I apply? ▼
Yes, samples are available for lab evaluation. Tell us the grade, target specs, and application; we match material and arrange shipment. Flow: confirm needs → match specs → ship samples → customer lab test. If results are not ideal, we can discuss and adjust the material plan.
Are samples free? Who pays freight? ▼
Routine small samples are free of material charge. Domestic and international courier fees are usually paid by the customer. Large or high-intent projects can be negotiated; please contact your sales representative.
What technical documents come with samples or orders? ▼
With samples or orders we can provide TDS (technical data sheets) and COA (certificate of analysis). For export orders we can provide GHS-compliant SDS/MSDS.

Orders, capacity & delivery

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? ▼
For regular commercial grades the MOQ is 1 ton. Custom grades follow process evaluation for the minimum batch. Early trial samples are not limited by commercial MOQ.
What is your capacity? Can you supply large orders stably? ▼
We use our own carbonation continuous-decomposition process with stable lines and scale-up capability. Products are exported to 20+ countries. After contract signing we protect batch consistency and can lock capacity under long-term framework agreements.
What are typical lead times? ▼
Stock standard grades: about 7–15 days after order confirmation. Custom grades need process adjustment; lead time depends on development difficulty and will be confirmed separately.
What packaging options do you offer? Are they suitable for ocean shipping? ▼
Small lots: 25 kg double moisture-proof woven/paper bags with PE liner. Bulk: 500 kg or 1000 kg FIBC jumbo bags, sealable and palletized for container shipping. Export marking and labels can follow overseas requirements.
Which trade terms do you support for export? ▼
We support EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR and other Incoterms. We are familiar with non-dangerous goods assessment, sea and air export processes, and full documentation support.

Quality & certifications

What system certifications does the company hold? ▼
We hold ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), and ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety). Every batch is tested before shipment and shipped with a COA.
How do you keep consistency between batches? ▼
We operate an independent testing center covering raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods. Fixed process parameters and strict control of impurities, surface area, and pore volume protect batch-to-batch stability. If received goods deviate from agreed specs, please report within the agreed window.

Technical support

Do you provide technical support after purchase? ▼
Yes. R&D and technical teams help with selection and application issues. Business contact is available 7×24 with a dedicated account manager.
How should products be stored? ▼
Store in a dry, ventilated warehouse, protect from moisture and rain. Reseal unused material to avoid moisture uptake that affects performance.
What if there is a quality issue? ▼
Check the COA on receipt. If results do not match agreed specs, provide photos and test data within the stated claim window. We will verify quickly and agree on return, exchange, or compensation.

Business contact

How can I get a quote? ▼
Please tell us the product grade, required specs, quantity, and destination (domestic address or overseas port). Contact us by email, WhatsApp, or the website form (/request-quote or /contact). We will issue a formal quotation promptly.
Can we visit your plant? ▼
Yes. Customers are welcome to visit our offices and production base. Please book in advance with your contact so we can arrange plant and lab tours.
